Game was great for the kids for 1 day now wont load how do we get our $$ back?

The app opens, starts to "Download Content" and hangs about 1/10th of the way into the download. Very disappointed in this Disney.

My son loved to play this game, but recently it wont load properly. Same issue as some reviewers below: game loads, music starts playing, but the screen wont change to the menu for game playing. Im hoping there will be some sort of update to fix this bug/glitch. Until then, my little guy is super bummed :(

Absolute garbage. Its on terminal download. I want a refund!!!!

Dont waste your money!! It only downloads a small percentage and then just stalls. Not worth it!

My son waited a whole week to get this game once he saved $ to purchase it. It will load then literally the first screen after that just shuts the whole game down. We have deleted it and downloaded it several times and same problem exist.

I just got this game, on 99¢ sale. It is great! It plays well on my iPhone 6. I dont have any issues, and it is fun, responsive, entertaining, and you can earn credits to get to play more characters. I got Hiro to join with Baymax after only a few times of playing. Enjoy! I recommend this game to escape into San Frantokyo!

My son was so excited to get this game. So we purchased the app yesterday. All it app does is download the game and then cuts off. The app should be removed because it does not work. My child is unhappy and we want a refund!!!

Has never loaded...gets to 10% and never past that. Dont buy this as it may not work, ever

Bought this for my son. Hes pretty upset that he cant even play it due to being stuck at the "downloading content" with no progress. Fix it or take it off the App Store so more people arent ripped off.

I am running it with latest iOS and it refuses to alllow me pick another character from the main menu. The moment I select another character, the whole thing game crashes and closes it self. Piece of junk.

I bought this game part of a bundle pack and it crashes every time. It doesnt even finish loading. Dont waste your money or your time.

Looking at the comments, it seems pretty clear that issue were experiencing -- the app gets stuck on the Loading screen, and the only remedy is to delete & reinstall the app -- is the same one that has been reported here for about a year now. The failure to fix this problem looks like a deliberate decision. Did Disney walk away from the app business? Im pretty sure they didnt. Did they stop selling the app because they decided long ago not to support it? No its still selling for $3.99. This really reflects badly on the app maker, who spent the last year refusing to work on repairing this utterly crippling problem, while at the same time continuing to collect revenue and sell it, as if its worth $4. Makes me hesitant to buy any of their dozens and dozens of of other paid apps, since they are obviously not committed to providing a quality product here.
